At Amici Spa, we are dedicated to providing each and every one of our clients with the best possible service. In order to achieve this we ask that our clients kindly respect our following requests:



  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow sufficient time to check in, change into the appropriate attire for your services and meet with your hair stylist or aesthetician. (Please be advised that Amici spa provides, slippers, robes, toiletries and change rooms with individual lockers and showers for your comfort and convenience).


  • To maintain the tranquility and serene environment of the spa, as well as respecting others receiving further services, we kindly ask that young children not accompany adults during their visit.


  • Any clients arriving AFTER their scheduled appointment may be asked to reschedule, in respect to the next client, or limit their services during their visit.


  • We appreciate a 24 hour cancellation notice for single services, and a 48 hour cancellation notice for inclusive packages in respect to other clients and availability.


  • For large service bookings, you may be required to submit a deposit upon scheduling your appointment.


  • In the event of insufficient, or no notification of a cancellation, a 25% charge will apply.


  • Purchased Memberships are not refundable.
